Cancel or change an order

We can cancel your order only until it starts printing. The sooner you ask, the better: within a few hours of ordering we can often still stop it, but after a day or two it has usually printed. If we cancel it, we refund you in full to your original payment method. If it has already printed, you can still return it free within 30 days of delivery.

Until your order starts printing, we make the change, or if we can't, cancel it with a full refund so you can reorder. Once printing has started we can't change or cancel it, so ask early: within a few hours of ordering we can often still catch it, but after a day or two it has usually printed. A new address can usually be corrected until the order ships. Once an item has printed, you can return it free within 30 days of delivery and place a new order.

If an item arrived damaged, misprinted or is not what you ordered, we replace it or refund it in full. You do not need to send anything back unless we ask you to.
